The Workouts are primarily done in a group fashion, before anybody can participate in a group workout they must show proper mechanics and consistency in the following movements:

Air Squat
Front Squat
Overhead Squat
Shoulder Press
Push Press
Push Jerk
Deadlift
Sumo Deadlift High Pull
Clean

Don't worry if you are not familiar with CrossFit and the movements associated with it, we will work with you and teach you all of them. You must go thru our Intro Class which consists of three sessions(can be more or less depending on each person) that teach movements necceasry for group workouts. We need to ensure that you know how to properly execute these movements safely.
